Stations & Exercises

1. Press Up Station

The press up station utilizes the "handle bar" attachment with the bench inclined to various degrees to allow users to target torso muscle sub sets for a more compete all muscle groups exercise program. For our larger friends, by using the short arm extension the 250 pound setting produces a 320 pound resistance.


2. Pull Down Station

With the simple drop of the pin, the handle bar attachment provides resistance in the downward movement.


3. Single Tree Station

View Exercises

The Single Tree attachment allows nearly infinite positioning of the hands to grip for lifting exercises. This feature causes less strain and injury risk. More comfort allows greater effort with better results. The Single Tree Station allows exercise versatility.


4. Arm Bench Station

Using the Single Tree attachment with the arm bench for support allows concentrated exercises and arm muscle group isolation.


5. Knee Station

Knee extension and curl machine enable an ergonomically correct exercise geometry requiring no additional space and folds from sight in an instant.
