Strength Testing (non-electronic)
Starting at maximum resistance, with the user in an isometric exercise, the tester reduces
the resistance until movement occurs indicating strength level.
Dynamic Resistence (single positive isotonic)
Similar to lifting weight mass, no exercise movement occurs until the user exerts a
force exceeding the preset resistance indicated on the scale. The resistance, without
weight mass inertia is very smooth and low impact. The return stroke to the starting
position is without resistance and the associate danger of falling weight or high energy
and high velocity spring-back.
